Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IAP Hooks, operated by Resolutions Lab B.V. a.i., Amsterdam, NL ("IAP Hooks", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

IAP Hooks receives Apple App Store Server Notifications, verifies them, and forwards them to the destinations you configure, with retries, a dead-letter queue, and delivery visibility. Features depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and use IAP Hooks for business purposes. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use IAP Hooks to break the law, infringe others' rights, send malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service. You must comply with Apple's applicable terms, and you are responsible for the endpoints you configure and the data you route through us.

4. Your data and roles

You retain all rights to the data you send through IAP Hooks. For personal data within that traffic, you are the controller and we are the processor; our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy apply. You confirm you have the right to send us the data you route.

5. Plans, fees, and payment

Paid plans, limits, and prices are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Fees are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe), are exclusive of taxes unless stated, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Launch offer ("free for life")

The first 50 customers who connect a live Apple integration (receive at least one verified notification) may use IAP Hooks free for life, and we ask them to share occasional product feedback in return. The offer is limited to those 50 accounts, applies to ordinary use within fair-use limits, and we may close it to new customers at any time. We may withdraw an individual free-for-life account only for breach of these terms.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or for risk to the service. On termination you can export your configuration and data for [30] days, after which we delete it, subject to legal retention.

8. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep IAP Hooks reliable but, except under a separate Enterprise service-level agreement, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for monitoring your own critical delivery flows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you are on a free plan.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of IAP Hooks, the data you route, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

We own the IAP Hooks service, software, and brand. You own your data and configuration. Neither party gains rights in the other's intellectual property except as needed to provide and use the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the new version and update the effective date, and notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
